I mean, somebody put that baby with the permission of his parents (I hope!), so maybe he should sue his parents for putting him in that position in the first place.

Also reminds me a bit of Scorpions and the cover for their album Virgin Killer, very controversial. In that case the name of the naked girl was never publicly known, and besides the drama around internet, she probably didn't get the chance of complaining about how the picture affected in her life, since she was not a baby.

actually good for them. he should also sue his parents.

Parents need to STOP making big choices like this for their kids. This is a picture that will live on forever without the consent of the kid.

Adults need to STOP exploiting children just because they cannot express themselves and say NO.

In that case, should all babies from ads etc sue too?

I mean we can debate this case considering he has recreated the album over the years but for other cases where a literal baby is being put on display with the consent of his parents then yeah the adult should have the ability sue if they want to since they didn’t have a choice

I've been asking the same for years. Did no one from the creative team, corporatives, legal department or even the band ever think: hey, is this even legal?

Absolutely crazy.

The parents would have consent it and if he’s older than 18 sueing is useless, because after time passes from your age of consent, that signals consent to any contracts/agreements you’ve been under as a minor. Seems like a cash grab to me.

But it is a naked girl in a suggestive position.
