It’s real. Hayley posted it. And yes they sound the same, a court of law agreed on that.

Nobody is “taking” From her. There’s a reason we have courts and legal procedures to respect authors and creations. Being inspired is not the same as copying. They where able to prove it in a court of law.

Chord progressions and melodies are not just “sounds” they are copyrighted , experts prove it in a Court of law. Is not some Twitter dilema, is a legal proceeding to protect intelectual property.

Ohh no wonder it sounds so familiar. We don't know how involved Olivia was in the process of making this album but the producer had to have been influenced by all of those songs and they do deserve the credit if he thought he'd borrow from here and there without people noticing. Olivia probably doesn't know all those songs because she's only 18 so it must be a messy thing that she's going through these legal battles now.
