Gaga has proved a million times she doesn't need anyone else in her records to make her a legend. When she does, I feel like she prefers to work with people that actually mean/represent something to her. Olivia represents...hummm...nothing? She did Disney or whatever but what is her personality like? She sounds like a whiny privileged brat, not much else there. Sorry if I sound like a hater, but I am honestly just tired of everyone hyping up this girl and I see literally no content there. Yes, she sings alright, but so do so many other girls on youtube without nearly this much hype. However, don't let my opinion affect you if you like her, I'm glad she has fans and all, but it's just not for me, and so, I think Gaga should have nothing to do with her besides being cordial/friendly if they ever meet. Either way, it's not like Gaga had any input in this remix album. She was away filming and BloodPop got bored and did it. She came back, listened to it, and liked it. She doesn’t need Olivia rodrigo regardless of her current impact, and Gaga is known for not collaborating with artists just because they are popular. Her music is good, but to me it's very '17 year old girl' which doesn't really translate to Gaga's audience these days. The subject matter and lyrics of her music remind me of me and my friends at 17 years old, and when I listen to her music I cringe. Not at her music, which is good music. But because it reminds of of the things I used to think were soooo important and such a big deal when I was also 17 years old I'll be myself until they fūcking close the coffin.
