Technically the multiverse has been opened by Sylvie at the end of Loki which is about the end of WandaVision (probably when Wanda hears her kids) and the beginning of Spidey 3 but it's Wanda who's gonna mess it all Loki > Sylvie opens the multiverse > WandaVision > Wanda hears her kids (thanks to sylvie) and probably look for a way to reach them > Spidey and Strange manage to mix alternate universes to the Main Timeline because of the opening of the multiverse > Strange and the Multiverse with Loki/Sylvie/Wanda (Maybe Spidey ?) He really seems to act out of character and the fact that the Sanctum is covered in snow is also weird. Also... looks like Spidey is fighting him on top of the train.
