Sanders supporters say that the primaries are rigged because they're rigged. The entirety of the Democratic Party coordinated to stop him last time. It wasn't remotely subtle.

Here are six articles confirming that obvious fact. It's not up for debate, dude. They're rigged. Everyone knows that. Even the American beltway press openly admits it.

He definitely should. I’m not impressed with Biden and Harris’s performance so far, they have the presidency, House and Senate but can’t get anything done. They’re too afraid to push for left-wing policies, they have been hostage to the “moderate” (aka conservative) Democrats.

Biden’s speech about the mess in Afghanistan showed this, there’s no defining policy or stance to the administration, no plans, just analyzes of the current situation. Everything is just “meh” and doesn’t bring anything new to the table. The GP, both Democrat and Republican, would be much more supportive of someone like Bernie who would make defining policies, even if they don’t agree with their ideology. A big percentage of Republicans or independents aren’t that partisan.

My goal isn’t to say Biden is worse than Trump, obviously not. My fear is just this bland, unexciting administration will take us back to MAGA again…

You're absolutely right. I don't know what the future holds, but it's clear that his remaining supporters are clinging to this as a ray of hope that he'll someday be president when he's actually just doing his job as Budget Chairman. But these are the same people who still think Buttigieg and Klobuchar dropping out when they had no path to the nomination was some kind of establishment conspiracy, so I wouldn't expect them to know what they're talking about.

And by the way, I think Bernie deserves a lot of credit for the way he has been able to work with the Administration so far, including on the American Rescue Plan and now the reconciliation package. He has certainly pushed for progressive priorities, but not at the expense of getting things done.

This is absolutely right. I like Doug Jones (and was hoping he'd be picked for AG), but it was clear he was going to lose in 2020 and I certainly wouldn't call it a "sacrifice" that Democrats focused our resource on other Senate races that seemed more winnable.
