The Path, Mood Ring, Solar Power, Secrets From A Girl stand out after my first full listen - Mood Ring is the best song on the album. The rest of the songs fell somewhat flat & sounded so similar.. will give it another full listen soon though. The album gave me late 90’s & early 2000’s vibes / has made me want a wardrobe full of 60’s-hippie garb & has really made me miss sunny afternoons (it being winter here in Australia). It’ll never be my favorite Lorde album, but it’s another true example of her musical genius-ness & natural talent for singing / song writing. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

thatfoxyfeeling 13,006 Posted August 19, 2021 Share Posted August 19, 2021 Honestly if this was released a year ago it'd be getting critical acclaim but it's come at the worst time, Olivia is literally smashing it with SOUR and Billie just dropped HPE like the comparisons are inevitable.
