Can someone help me get this song on Apple Music?

So there’s a song by Rachel Platten (the Fight Song lady) called Lonely Planet and it’s so pretty. It’s on the Target Deluxe edition of her album “Wildfire,” and I want to put it on the album on my Apple Music. Someone on here helped put Do What U Want (solo) on my ARTPOP, so I was wondering if anyone could help me do the same with Lonely Planet. This is the song:

If you have the song downloaded, I believe you need to drop the file into iTunes on a PC (music app on Mac). Once it’s in, go to the files tab up the top in iTunes/music and update the iCloud Music library (should be in the drop down menu). It will upload it to your Apple Music account. Might take a few mins to sync over based on your internet speed. 
 

If you don’t have it download, might need to just search YouTube to MP3

This only works if you are subscribed to the Apple Music streaming service OR the iTunes Match function

If not, you can still drag and drop the file into your iTunes library, then connect your iPhone via USB and click the “Synchronize” button
