I get pushing the pessimism to avoid disappointment is natural for many of you, but why are we all so convinced again that this will be or was ever meant to be a Friday release? It's a remix album. 

I get many of us are excited, me included, but so much of the upset is your own fault for assuming when we were only given "August" as a parameter for a reason. We shouldn't have taken the featured producers and artists info as confirmation. I'm certain it will be a surprise drop, there's probably a reason so many DJ sets were being put out there knowing the tracks would get leaked for a bit of silence to follow. I mean it worked, it still has the majority of people HOOKED. 😂

I know that singles have been released on any day of the week before but I’ve never heard of an album that dropped on any day other than Friday

I believe it’s coming any day between today and the 27th. Bloodpop would not say August unless he was pretty certain and he knows how vigilant the fans are. I know he hasn’t always kept his word but given the project is almost done, I can’t imagine it being delayed again. 
 

I’m personally not a fan of remixes that completely obliterate the original song’s vibe (that SFA remix, for example, ain’t it), but I think the Haus Labs version of Babylon and Frina Woman will keep me fed.
