I saw it trending, is this good?

After months of negotiation, the Senate voted 69-30 to pass the $1.2 trillion bipartisan infrastructure plan, $550 billion of which is new funding for transportation, broadband and utilities. Nineteen Republicans joined all 50 Democrats to pass the bill. The bill will now go to the House of Representatives. Major spending areas in the plan include: - The legislation adds $550 billion to what Congress was already planning to spend on infrastructure over the next eight years - $110 billion would go to roads, bridges and major projects - $66 billion to passenger and freight rail - $65 billion for expanded broadband internet access - $39 billion to improve transit systems - $55 billion for water infrastructure, including a plan to replace lead pipes - $7.5 billion to create a national charging infrastructure for electric vehicles
