Vaccinated people may transmit Delta variant just as easily as unvaccinated

It is though. The amount of hospitalizations of unvaccinated vs vaccinated proves that point.

I literally just read an article that the overwhelming majority of cases in one state were vaccinated. But at the end of the day it doesn’t matter whether you’re vaccinated or not. What matters is that people still wear a mask when in public. I don’t want to risk getting sick even if I’m vaccinated.

Just a reminder there’s a total of like 11 variants floating around, Delta and Lambda getting more attention because of ease of transmission and ability to bypass immunity.

Anyone who thinks this pandemic is over is sadly mistaken, but by all means let them continue to make a mockery of how severe things are.

Masks are over. The vaccinated don't need them and the unvaccinated dont want them. Delta is only a threat for the unvaccinated.

Stop spreading ignorant misinformation and wear your f*cking mask

Except its not. Vaccinated people can still catch covid and get sick, they are called breakthrough cases. The Vaccine does offer protection if you come into contact with the virus again but it's not 100%.

Majority of the worlds population hasn't even gotten a single shot yet, getting rid of masks is playing with fire by risking more variants of concern popping up.

And I get that but I’m talking about more serious cases between the vaccinated and unvaccinated. If everyone was vaccinated it would still be spreading but it would not be a pandemic.

Yes yes yes we get it.

Vaccinated or unvaccinated you can transmit the delta variant.

One will get mild symptoms (vaccinated)

The other plays russian roulette. Either you're mild and you're lucky, or you end up at the hospital in a coma (like my aunt is currently :(), or you get away with the disease but one lung doesn't work, you lost your sense of smell and taste, and you have neurological damage.

You choose.

I didnt want the vaccine cus I felt it was done too quickly, but at the end of the day you need to choose. These are your options, take responsibility and make a choice. If you don't want to do it, be aware that this could happen to you in a much higher percentage than if you get the vaccine. At the end of the day it's your life, and it's also your own moral compass if ever someone ends up in a coma or dies because you didn't care enough about this, to protect yourself is to protect others in many many ways. I would be mortified if I was responsible for couple deaths.

Little storytime but there was a marriage lately (i find that so weird to have a marriage in this day and age but if u have one i feel like at least make it small and do PCR test before), and my aunt decided to go there, I find that so dumb and irresponsible. Turns out one lady came there KNOWING that he rhusband had covid, but she didn't care, she went to the wedding, no masks, she decided to kiss 2 old women on the cheek and shake hands.

2 old ladies died, couple are in a coma. She's currently in hiding bcs the family wanna beat her up for this. She knew and she went anyway. It should be seen as a crime, and attempted murder.

I'm willing to risk catching covid (mild cold). I'm vaccinated and do not use a mask anymore.  Live in fear all you want but I won't

so having some kind of protection on your face = living in fear
but walking without it, expose to everything around with a chance of getting or spreading a deadly virus is chill and cool to you?

red wine, cheap perfume and a filthy pout

Also when will y'all understand that covid is not a "mild cold" and that we don't even fully understand its full ramifications yet? My god it's like we've been living in different worlds for the past 2 years.
