flyaway 15,350 Posted August 6, 2021 Share Posted August 6, 2021 He has a point. When you take a shower and use certain types of soap every day, it can dry and affect your skin. Same with showering you hair every day, it takes away some essential natural oils. Although it's important to bath when you sweat or when you've been all day outside exposed to pollutant agents.
