Britney's Lawyer queries missing money & wants hearing moved up

The next hearing is currently set for September 29th, however Britney's Lawyer Matthew Rosengart wants the hearing pushed up to this month.

Rosengart says every day Jamie continues to act as conservator of Britney's estate, she feels traumatized and loses sleep

Rosengart says, "every day that passes is another day of avoidable harm and prejudice to Ms. Spears and the Estate."

He also says every day that goes by is a threat to Britney's financial health ... "There has been an evident dissipation of assets of Ms. Spears Estate, and that dissipation is ongoing."

Rosengart quoted Lynne Spears saying that Jamie is incapable of putting Britney's best interest ahead of his own.

Rosengart says if the court won't move up the hearing at a minimum the judge should suspend Jamie immediately from his duties.

Rosengart also mentioned how Jamie initially refused to allow Britney to go on her recent trip to Hawaii.

He also questioned why Britney's net worth is so low - he wants to know why money has been sent to Britney's former manager Lou Taylor without consent.

He wants an investigation into Britney's money once Jamie is removed.
