Lol just a small neighbourhood has over 400 people My city alone has a population of around 150 million people, so I don't think that is possible. Here family, relatives, extended families alone constitute like 150-200 people. You just have a very low chance of being hospitalized and almost zero chance of dying. However long term effects may still happen & more importantly it will give the virus another host to spread from & mutate in. This is why we are now seeing the "Delta plus" variant which is even MORE contagious, again, in South Korea. The only way out of the pandemic is by getting as many people as possible vaccinated and still taking all precautions we can to prevent the spread of the virus.
