If its a Netflix Original it will be available worldwide like always.

As for the OP, Netflix is the fastest one to me, and it's better maintained and designed compared to others, so I would really prefer Netflix, although Disney+ is also investing a lot on musical films like Taylor's and Billie's, so we'll see.
