A united Europe would have more than 1 language and more than 1 culture. You know the motto of the EU? ''United in Diversity'' Careful here, the US doesn't have an official language at all and has a wide range of cultures. Chinatowns in some cities, Mexican culture in the Southwest, more Irish influence in the Northeast, etc. Diversity is what makes the US rather unique. Chinatowns in some cities, Mexican culture in the Southwest, more Irish influence in the Northeast, etc. Diversity is what makes the US rather unique. One united Europe would have more diversity than US. Each European state has its own thousand years old history. And Europe would have 20+ languages. And of course different religions. So,yes,US has diversity. But this diversity isn't comparable with Europe's. No offense,but it's quite obvious that Europe has a richer culture than America. so wait does that mean we will all be one country or what. They're all special in their own way. When they get mixed up into one giant thing...no Problem: Which language is the official language of this huge country? I don't think that all countries (and the citizens) are able to agree on speaking only french for example or maybe english etc. And that may be the smallest problem What about the different law system in each state...which one will be chosen for the country...no thanks...
