Madonna tagged the impersonator in the post, so not sure what’s so confusing about this to stan twitter! 

It’s a fan who does lots of Madonna impersonations; she posted this clip; Madonna saw and shared it; end of story.

Not really, and no personal attack intended here. 

Simply stating that stan twitter doesn’t care about researching or investigating before making assumptions and judgements, which is true. Falsehoods and lies spread like fire on social media because no one makes any effort to put any critical thinking into what they say before posting it on the internet. It’s the age we live in.

I think @Jill just meant that it seemed like your response was implying that the OP and members who didn’t understand what this was were the idiots.

Oh no, not my intention to attack the op or any of the responses.

The tweet was misleading which was the cause of people’s confusion.
