As rescue crews removed the rubble, they located six survivors and eight corpses, and are still searching for nine missing victims. Emergency services rushed to the city to help, according to local reports. The collapse comes a little over a week after a Miami, Florida condo building collapse shocked the world and left dozens dead or missing.
