From August, unvaccinated people will be banned from taking transport (trains, planes, boats, for long distance journeys) going to places of culture (cinema, theater, etc.), going to shopping centers, going to restaurants. People who work in medical environments and who refuse to be vaccinated will not have a salary as of September 15. Unvaccinated people will not be able to go to the hospital.

I've been on the fence about this. But I'm starting to kind of like this. By now, it's relatively easy to get a vaccine in most European countries. I am tired of having to lockdown entire countries to protect unvaccinated people. If for medical reasons you can't get it, of course you shouldn't be forced to get it. We'll see if other EU countries will follow.

No one needs to suffer from anti-vaxxers' idiocy. If they don't wanna take the vaccine, they shouldn't be allowed to put others at risk and prolong the pandemic even more.

There is other ways than taking off individual liberties, letting this kind of decisions pass is very dangerous for what is coming. No president in a democracy should be able to do that...
Health employees are threat to not be paid if they aren't vaccined, although there isn't enough doses for everybody until september so what will happen?
I totally disagree with that extreme decision, this and social laws under his mandate are just rights anihilation...

People forget that unvaxxed people are endangering not only themselves but also others - as well as spreading the virus and its mutants and prolonging the whole thing which also has economical consequences.

It's not really a "personal decision" because you casually don't feel like vaccinating. We live in a society together and your actions (like not wanting to get the vaccine) have an impact on the world.

It's just the same with speed control. Why do we have it? We have it because it can not only endanger your own life but also that of the people around or near you.

 

I would understand the "anti-vaxxers" if their decision didn't have an impact on anyone but themselves and if it was just a "personal decision", but it's not like that. They will be the reason why people will still die of Covid in the future.
