Well yeah I think I was in college when I learned the truth (about how horrible he was, not about discovering America). I think you’re younger than me, but not by a lot? So that would make sense.

I'm 26  27 in 12 days

Critical Race Theory is taught in law schools. It isn't taught in K-12.

I was taught that they existed, never anything about them or the culture. Growing up in the South, it was basically risky to teach anything other than Christianity and that’s STUPID.

I live in North Carolina. Grew up in a very conservative area. My teacher made it clear that it wasn’t her beliefs but she talked about different religions of the world and how they started etc. Now, she didn’t go deep into them but I did learn a lot about them I didn’t already know.

Yet there are laws being made that are going to make it so teachers can’t even teach about racism based on the thought that it is.

Okay so you’re 9 years younger than me. But I guess it can also depend on your school system/state curriculum. And teachers.

THIS IS JUST OUTRAGE FUEL. No one is trying to teach CRT to students. The right wing media, and a few special politicians are the only ones making a mess of this.
