She’s a talented artist in many facets. She has a unique sound, delivers outstanding visuals, has a remarkable voice and infectious personality. It’s okay to hype artists when they deserve it, and to be honest this kind of thing happens all the time with many different artists, even seasoned ones. Concerts like this are not “comfortable” and are often poorly managed/overcrowded. It’s gonna be hot, bathroom access limited, security is gonna throw your stuff out when you arrive and MANY artists are routinely late to even their own tour shows. I think people need to give her a break, they just love to complain.
