Low-key I'd be okay playing sour candy next time I go to a mosque and suffer the consequences. At the same time super disrespectful to do that on purpose. As an accident I think an arrest is pretty unnecessary.

For real though if you've ever lived near a mosque, you know those speakers don't play. Their entire city probably heard that  throwback to getting woken up by them in panic during Ramadan
