The side of the street/highway, or even just into the gutter, is a bit different than a clean public space like that though   It's purposely disrespectful to the people who working around that area who have to walk past the baked in smell of human piss all day, or even walk by it or step in it on accident, or the people who have to go and clean it up. It looks like a film set so I'm sure he could've just found a toilet nearby like a civilised human being. Or at the very least done it against a wall or into a gutter, not just everywhere. It comes across like a power play.

Not to mention those expensive shoes now have piss splatter on them   rich entitled people man I swear
