I mean...to my knowledge, Venezuela is the only socialist country on the bottom 10 of that list while every country on the top 10 list are great because of socialist ideas Socialism, capitalism, communism, pretty much any form of government (aside from dictatorships and anarchy) can be good if it's done right. American capitalism is failing because of greed and, from the tiny bit I know of Venezuelan socialism, it's failing for a similar reason.
