Skinny legend is a meme. Skinny legend is a term of endearment for a celebrity, usually a woman, whose fans consider them to be flawless but underappreciated. That has nothing to do with weight. Even I agree, with what you said. We should say, someone does look good without commenting on her weight. I say this as someone who has been bullied and shamed for being skinny all his life pre-covid. I understand you mean well, but don't get offended on skinny legend.
