I think Demi is beautiful and could look great with short hair, but to truly rock short hair you got to have a sort of fresh faced look (ie, no thick insta makeup and block brows etc.) and adjust your style accordingly. It will probably always have been done before a thousand times. Finally I'd say on some type of face, it's better not to break a jawline, and thus the mullet really gives a cool twist if you want a bit of style. For me you can really make it look cool.
