Participants can only be those who have been vaccinated or recovered from the coronavirus. People don’t have to wear a mask at the event. More than 50% of the population received the first shot and more than 30% is fully vaccinated. Anyone over the age of 16 who registers can vaccinate within days. Obviously it’s not going to be this way for life - just during the early stages while the virus either dissipates or gets to a controllable level.
