I did, but I couldn't find it at first. The original video I got was from a Chromatica Facebook group where all the members claiming it was the original sample. Many are under the impression (on Facebook) that Gaga sampled this track. Couldn't find it on Google, so I thought I'd ask GagaDaily. (Stupid, I know) I did some more searching and found that it was sampled E-mu Systems sound library. Pacific 202 also sampled them thus creating the confusion on Facebook.
