GagaSine 7,464
Hamilton on the least affordable list? I find that crazy because I thought Hamilton, Ontario is one of the few cities where you can rent a beautiful unit in a house for an affordable price Unless they mean some other Hamilton... LaLuna 12,732
We been knew. Vancouver is famous for being outrageously expensive. People there must all be millionaires or something. The only city on this list I've lived in is Montreal and... yeah. Never living in a big city again.
RAMROD 117,023
Texas, including Dallas, will not be staying affordable for much longer. More and more people from California are moving there, especially the tech crowds. I can see it becoming as expensive as San Fransisco in 10-20 years time. Y'all who live in Texas right now better secure a house or two before that happen, just saying. (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ✧*:・゚ ᶠʳᵒⁿᵗ ᵗᵒʷᵃʳᵈ ᵉⁿᵉᵐʸ (*´艸`*) ♡♡♡

Texan cities will probably slide lower on the “most affordable” list but it’s unlikely they’ll reach west coast levels of Tomfoolery. A big reason why it’s so expensive over here is the difficulty to build new housing.
Economy 52,844
The fact that Canada has 1/9 the population of the US but 5 of 10 most unaffordable cities This insane housing market with $2M for average homes in the city and $1M in the suburbs needs to stop already
