Is it completed songs straight from 2013? Is it revamped songs from 2013 to make them more 2021? Is it just sampling of songs like Tea and Sire into completely new songs? Obviously they won't just put out music straight from 2013 but it terms of gaga's interest in the idea, she may revisit similar themes or concepts or sample some unreleased songs to make new ones. In any case, she may even just perform the act II songs on tour just like she did with Brooklyn Nights. I wouldn't lose complete hope. DJWS saw dollar signs and the potential for redemption for one of the biggest projects he's ever been a part of. ARTPOP was unfairly torn to shreds, it's like his child, of course he'd want justice for it. But did anyone really think Interscope saw any chance for monetary success by releasing very old songs from an album that chased trends which were already dying out when it was released? (EDM/trap) They discounted the album to cash in on the hype, that should've been seen as the nail in the coffin. They literally did a clearance sale because it was getting attention.
