Googoo GAGA 220
Million Reasons - My mom isn't a very good person in my life and if she gives me one good reason to stay i will. I'm stuck in her cycle and it sucks... 911 - Just a very relatable song for me. 1000 doves - back to my mom. I wish she would just let me go and stop messing with my head. If she just lifted me up instead of dragged me down i would be flying like a million doves. Joanne - I have multiple people who has left the physical world and Joanne makes me think of them Replay - Just because I've been hurt and have PTSD this makes me think of that. I'm sure theres more. I cant think of the rest off the top of my head lol Your either on my side, by my side, or in my ****ing way. Choose Wisely.

sexy 3,175
Just Dance/Poker Face/Paparazzi - the 3 songs that, as a 8/9 year old lil boy, turned me onto pop music and has defined my music tastes ever since Born This Way - it's not one of my favorites in her discography, but i remember hearing it for the first time at the 2011 Grammys and thinking to myself, "holy **** she's done it again" – and the song came as I was in middle school and just beginning to discover my sexuality, so the message of this song has always been huge in my personal journey You and I - this song has taken on a lot of different meanings for me in the 10 years it's been out; many different eras of my life where i returned to You and I and felt comfort, like it perfectly fit my situation Applause - i remember the pre-ARTPOP era vividly, and the hype for Applause was unreal; i was blown away from the song on first listen, and it made me so so so excited for the album. my own life was a mess when ARTPOP came out, i had just started high school, so i'll always be grateful for the entire album for being a source of light and happiness, something i was looking forward to, in an otherwise tough time. Applause encapsulates the whole era for me. Always Remember Us This Way - i similarly tie this song to Fall 2018 and have v fond memories of it, and of this film Million Reasons - i got all my friends to appreciate this song in fall 2017/winter 2018. became a running joke 911 - this song fit my mood perfectly in summer 2020, i'll always associate it with that period when we collectively realized "oh ****, this pandemic is gonna last longer than we thought"
Gardevoir 9,662
Alice, 911, Marry The Night, Stupid Love's "All I ever wanted was love", Fun Tonight a little while ago. Also Hair and Born This Way. Annnd ARTPOP cause I'm astral-being kind of a person, so it definitely describes my state of mind most of the time. Sugar, spice, and everything nice. Clarity 210
I must say that Fun Tonight/FW/911 in the last have really spoken to me. when I was younger obviously It was BTW and Hair. but Scheisse... it grows in me every single day. I’ve always loved it of course, but now, this song has never been so important. This is my feminist anthem, this is feminine empowerment, this is just the song every woman needs.
