Yeah, absolutely, it is still terrible but they were specifically gathered to celebrate Jerusalem day at the Western Wall, which is tradition, and not the mosque itself burning...while social media has made it out to be like it's the latter. I see what you’re saying but I’m honestly not buying that they would be so willing to celebrate that after the incidents that happened today. They clearly wanted to send the message.

Please everyone who is using social media share something. It may be nothing for you but it means the world to those who are suffering right now. 

It is interesting cause most of Israeli people (not just the government) supports ethnic cleansing towards Palestinians, it reminds me of that time when Serbian  regime was doing the same thing towards Bosnians and Kosovo Albanians and not just the government but also most of Serbs supported that fully and even to this day they have the same mentality.

Oh my god. Ugh. I didn't see this part...I wasn't on twitter very long and only saw the brief clip of people celebrating Jerusalem Day with the mosque burning in the background. I had no idea they were singing and chanting, ending Jerusalem Day, with a call for genocide.

And yeah, that's a lesson I need to learn lol about social media. I gotta remember to click through or read multiple tweets to get the full story, even if it's legit journalists....Social media does misrepresent/not always give the full story, but in this case I was totally wrong and misinterpreted it because I only read a few tweets from two different journalists.

It’s okay! I’m glad you’re seeing the bigger picture now. Twitter is full of propaganda unfortunately and we need to be careful about who we trust.
