I agree there's nothing wrong with it morally or anything like that, I just get tired of every service trying to develop and offer their own version of "paid subscriptions to your fave / to influencers / to whoever" Also I just miss when Twitter and social media was a bit more simple and didn't have so many ads and monetization ventures tacked on but oh well
