Britney requests to speak to Judge and will attend next hearing

There was another hearing today regarding Britney's conservatorship - Britney was not present.

Britney's Attorney stated that Britney would like a new status hearing and wishes to address the Court within 30 days and that Britney would like to speak to the Judge directly.

Her Attorney did not state what Britney wanted to speak about but that Britney wanted to speak as soon as possible.

The Judge said they were busy and unable to see her within 30 days and has set a hearing for June 23rd 2021.

Britney will be addressing the Court on June 23rd and a continuation of today's hearing will be on July 14th.

Britney last attended a hearing in 2019 after leaving the mental health facility, during that hearing she allegedly said she was sent there against her will. Britney also requested for more freedom to do certain things but the Judge denied that request.

This is amazing news  Britney is one step closer to getting her life back.

I do have a concern though. So far, everything in the courts has been via Zoom. I am nervous they will try to sabotage this. Hopefully since she is vaccinated and the fact that it is in June she will be able to be there with the judge in person. I really hope Lynne goes with her for support too.

I just read this. That is an amazing step in this and hopefully after she speaks, she starts to get her freedom from all of this.

Exactly! Her internet all of a sudden wouldn't work, and she was never able to connect so they ended up postponing it (as they always do) and nothing was done. Hopefully this time they can't do that. I don't trust the leaches around her.

I hope everything turns out well for her, she deserves it, this has gone on for far too long.

This is a step in the right direction. I would be too shady to have technical problems. Also the situation is far different from 2019 since the #freebritney movement is at full force and everybody is watching.

I’m sure it’ll end up getting sealed because she’ll be there but it’s amazing she’ll get to speak
