Marry the Night sounds like a heartful prostitute in a church

Marry the Night is like a religious female which feels bad and dark because of her church conscience but mostly because of her good heart which is connected to god. But her thoughts are connected to bad - what we call evil and that's why she has this fight in herself. Poor Marry the Night, but you are stronger, smarter and more lovely than you know. The others around you just not said it to you, forgive them (:

The song was to good for the world.

I understand where this whole post is coming from but one question, why call a woman 'female'?

If you're a strong female
You don't need permission

It's okay as a poetic license, but seeing it in a post just makes me think of an incel. It's not wrong gramatically, it just sounds like a strictly biological term used in ordinary talk, which is strange.

One of the issues we have around gender and sex is that we're not all working from a common vocabulary.  Some peopel think woman/female are the same thing.  I think female does refer to a sex, some people use female to describe gender, some people use woman to describe gender and there isn't a definitive definition yet.

It's a biological term that sounds out place in ordinary, everyday talk. That's the way I see it at least.

I also think it relates to sex, since "Male" and "Female" are usually the options on medical forms.
