I'm currently waiting for a Pfizer shot  they actually ask your preference here (Florida) when you register for an appointment.

I passed up a J&J vaccine  but not because of the risks, I just want the most effective one

It just lowkey came across like he was implying only the US status on whether its approved or not determines if its safe. Other Countries have scientists too and their own approval processes

 

As for the rest i agree ppl got theit decisions to make

 

But personally given the risks of covid in relation to vaccines, i cant help but wonder how much some ppl really weighed both. To me it seems like a total no brainer.

 

I also already know of 3 ppl who died of covid (none close to me fortunately). Covid is serious sh*t

When u have ebough vaccines available it could make sense to do that if its gonna encourage more ppl to get it

Its just that covid is many many many times more likely to do that to u than any of the vaccines thats why i find this such a poor argument

 

Thats almost like saying i wont drive to the hospital during a suspected health emergency because i might die in a car accident

 

Covid kills 1 in every few hundred... astrazenca clots 1 in 250,000

 

Its not even a small gap... its a HUGE gap

I dunno which comment u got a WP for but it was probably something more extensive than that for u to get a wp

 

Ive learned almost everytime someone claims they were unfairly treated because "all i said was" or "all i did was"... they are almost always downplaying what they said or omiting some of the details

The wp was for the comments i made about this vaccine here ya know the trombosis and the man who died from it it was seen as spreading missinformation

Its ur emphasis on saying its not safe and stating it as a fact that i presume is the issue. Ur putting a general spin like these are dangerous vaccines killing a bunch of ppl

 

Covid is killing 1 in a few hundred that are infected... Astrazeneca has the rare side effect on 1 in 250,000 with less than 1 in 500,000 actually dying from it

 

We dont need a virus that is so deadly and already killed 3 million WW being prolonged killing thousands more every day because ppl make it sound like a few bad reactions here and there from a vaccine is somehow more dangerous

No.  It’s not.  It’s almost as if you’re trolling here.
With J&J, for example, you have a 7 in 1 million chance of a blood clot.  However, if you actually get Covid, you have over a 18,000 in 7 million chance of getting a blood clot.   Birth control has a MUCH greater chance of causing them as well, and you don’t see most women running scared of that.  We have to keep proper perspective.
