Especially on streaming services, adding new music can be done many ways. If she was to release ACT 2 music, she could release

 

new music to ARTPOP (Updating ARTPOP and making it a 2021 album, similar to Positions becoming a 2021 album)

A whole new ACT 2 album which would be in her albums page

a “compilation” of outtakes (like Mariah Carey) which wouldn’t be part of her albums page

or she could do an ACT 2 EP

My first pick would be a B-Sides album with the stuff she had for Act 2 (Tea, Tinnitus, Temple, Radio, Onion Girl) + Frankensteined. I don't know why but I have the feeling that whenever Gaga and DJWS meet to talk about this they're probably going to look at these songs and feel like they're so old or not that good anymore that they will probably be inspired to work on new music.

I hope that she does in fact release the Act 2 tracks at some point, like the anniversary of ARTPOP or B-Sides if she ever wants to take a break.

Tbh I just want a little EP with like 5/6 of the strongest act II tracks. No singles, no promo, no videos etc... So it's 100% about the music and those songs that they believed in.
Absolutely nothing bad could happen that way and we would not start expecting delusional things as we usually do.

It would be nice to have a full standalone album for a work on its own. 15 songs & a version that includes ACT I of ARTPOP as well. Would love this record to have physical copies/boxsets etc like it deserves. I think Gaga was already thinking of putting it out with the talk of a B-sides album backstage, and DJWS teasing TEA during his set.

Ideally I would really love to see ACT II by itself as an album, doesn't need a music video, singles, or promotions, it's just there for the fans, or maybe a reissue of ARTPOP with ARTPOP ACT II attached like TF + TFM

No opinion on this. I doubt Act 2 will ever  be released and I’m perfectly ok with that. ARTPOP has always been my least favorite album In Gaga’s discography, so I’ve never been intrigued with hearing the alleged Act 2. I’d rather a brand new album with a brand new concept.

I would love if she did something like TF/TFM. A standalone album/EP or whatever and a version with the 2 albums together.

Whatever she end up doing (if she finally releases something) I just hope she releases physical copies as well since I want that to complete my collection.

At the end of the day I just want as many songs of Gaga out there I can listen to, even the "weak" tracks grow on me anyways.
