Quran 179
Serebii has yet to update so I'll personally hold off. If they are though. Pokebeach already uploaded them and they are live at E3 http://pokebeach.com/
Redstreak 6,653
Pokebeach already uploaded them and they are live at E3 http://pokebeach.com/ Yeah I went to their site. I might warm up to them (the seahorse is the only really not good one right now) And they are talking about the new flying battle. But fairy type, new bonding methods, and sky battles, were rumors I thought we had debunked a while back but now they're all true? So what else could be true then? Take a moment to think of just flexibility, love, and trust~
Quran 179
Yeah I went to their site. I might warm up to them (the seahorse is the only really not good one right now) And they are talking about the new flying battle. But fairy type, new bonding methods, and sky battles, were rumors I thought we had debunked a while back but now they're all true? So what else could be true then? These are the rumors that are most likely true. Fairy will be a new type. It is weak to Poison and Steel, immune to Dragon, super effective against Dragon, Dark, and Fighting, and Fire and Psychic-type Pokemon take half damage from it. Sylveon is Fairy-type. Some older Pokemon will be reclassified to Fairy, such as Mawile (Steel/Fairy). Mewtwo has two new formes, not just one. Both are activated via items. The professor's English name is Patrice. The Starter final evolutions are Fire/Psychic, Grass/Dark, and Water/Fighting. The first Gym is Bug, the second is Fairy, and the fourth is Fighting. A few attacks will be dual-typed. There will be a new type of battling style that Flying-type Pokemon and Pokemon with Levitate can participate in. You will be able to see a Pokemon's EVs at a certain in-game facility. You will be able to boost the EVs through mini-games. It will take about two hours to get one stat to max EVs. Pancham evolves into Pangoro in the early level 30s. In order to evolve Pancham into Pangoro, you need to have one other Dark-type Pokemon in your party. Pangoro's type is Fighting/Dark. A Pokemon named Inkay evolves into Malimar. To evolve it, you have to hold your 3DS upside-down when it levels up (the 3DS has an accelerometer and gyroscope, so it can detect that). Malimar's type is Dark/Psychic. A Psychic-type Pokemon named Espurr (ESP + purr) evolves into Meowstick (Meow + mystic?). (Sounds like Psychic-type cats. Meowstick's name sounds too similar to Meowth to me though.) Like in B/W you have two rivals - one is friendly and the other is competitive. Your rival that is more friendly gives you his/her fully evolved starter Pokemon after you beat the game. Another professor named Sycamore gives you either Bulbasaur, Charmander, or Squirtle. Even though it shows the player riding on a Gogoat in the new trailer, players can't ride on their own Pokemon. What was shown is just an alternate way of getting around Lumiose City and it only works with Gogoat. VMs still exist but there's a lot less of them. Players will be able to see their Pokemon's EVs (probably through the same in-game facility mentioned in the other post). A new move, Belch, is a Poison-type attack that has a base power of 120. The user must consume a held Berry to perform it. Draining Kiss is a Fairy-type attack that heals the user for the same amount of damage performed. It has a base power of 60. If the previously revealed forme of Mewtwo can be said to look roughly similar to Mewtwo's original design, the second supposed form of Mewtwo can be said to look roughly/vaguely similar to Mew's design. In case you missed our correction the other day, the Starters' final evolutions are Fire/Psychic, Grass/Dark, and Water/Fighting. they are all from the same person who was always right and leaked the B/W pokedex. ryhanna 3,507
I had a feeling that Fairy type would actually happen. I honestly couldn't think of any other reason that Nintendo would intentionally create such hype over Sylveon's type. They hyped the type, specifically, not the Pokemon. Regardless of whether older fans are happy about it or not, it's an interesting twist, and it's sure the shake up battles. The new Pokemon revealed look great. Noivern in particular may be one of my favourite Pokemon designs. I wasn't expecting Marill to be retyped. I'm still kind of hoping for Skitty and Mawile to be retyped to Fairy. Lion Heart 15,041
That seahorse looks odd. I'm not feeling Fletching's potential evo- I hope that's not even the final form because it looks awful. The crustacean is nice I suppose. Here's more info: Noivern is Flying/Dragon, 4' 11", 187.4 lbs., and uses a new attack called Boomburst. Vivillon is Bug/Flying, 3' 11", 37.5 lbs., and can learn Struggle Bug. It evolves from Spewpa, who has not been revealed yet. The Fairy type was officially revealed: Fairy-types include Sylveon (Fairy), Gardevoir (Psychic/Fairy), Jigglypuff (Normal/Fairy), and Marill (Water/Fairy). Fairy is super effective against Dragon-type. This also matches with what our source told us. (And here's his other info.) Sylveon knows a new move called Moonblast, a Fairy-type move which lowers its target's Sp. Atk stat. Gardevoir can learn Fairy Wind. There will be a new Pokemon interacting feature called Pokemon-amie, which allows you to bond with your Pokemon by petting them, feeding them, and playing with them to "deepen the connection between you." You can copy the actions they're performing with your 3DS to make them even happier too. The male player is named Xavier. Old Pokemon still have their old sound effect cries. Yveltal used Hyper Beam attack, which uses the exact same sound effect from Red and Blue. Apparently there's a new way to encounter wild Pokemon - "Whoa! The Heloptile you stepped on attacked!" X and Y will be released worldwide on October 12th. some more pics Froakie vs. Houndour. >Houndoomed confirmed  ▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀
J e s s e 458
Will there be new evoluions from past generations oter than eeve?!? "They have as much in common as dinosaurs and goldfish: the cracker kind!" - Penelope Garcia
ryhanna 3,507
Why is she talking German? Eh. First new Pokemon I'm not keen on so far. I'll wait until we see more footage to come to a conclusion. Will there be new evoluions from past generations oter than eeve?!? Possibly. We don't know for sure yet, but it's very possible - especially considering the new Eevee evolution, new Mewtwo form, and abundance of older Pokemon features in the trailers. calmar 22,181
The bird thing in the pic with Haunter is something that just looks like a Vullaby rip-off or something to me. If it's the evolution of Fletchling I'mma be angry. I also wasn't expecting Gardevoir to become fairy-type at all but it's an interesting development. I expected Jigglypuff and Marrill though. 俺の勝利は揺るぎない
