HOW I'd assume someone opened a Pokemon hacking/mapping tool called 'AdvancedMap' or something like that and took screenshots of the maps and made them into one. (Just judging based on how all the NPCs on the map are facing down. It always made me angry when your rival was just sitting there blocking your way into the Lilycove Shop Building tbh.
