Primal Kyogre's moveset is Origin Pulse, Body Slam, Ice Beam and Aqua Ring.) Its Jellicent w/ Water Absorb ability Water Absorb makes Origin Pulse 0x effective Ghost type makes Body Slam 0x effective Ice Beam is only .5x effective vs Jellicent and Aqua ring is just very minor healing.
