The denial some people (especially in the competitive community) had was sort of amusing, but the fact that Sylveon was impossible to place on the current type chart was a clue much too big to ignore. Normal and flying were the only sane possibilities, and both of those seemed as unlikely as a new type for their own reasons. Add into that all the speculation, and Gamefreak's and Nintendo's continued desire to keep Sylveon's type a mystery, and it became pretty clear what was going to happen today. But I'm all for it. Right now I'm looking forward to a new phone, but these Pokemon games have me totally hyped & now I want a 3DS. :nooo: What do y'all think, is the 3DS worth it over a new Galaxy phone? I'm kinda indifferent about the fairy type. I guess it was necessary to create a new type to be super-effective against dragon besides Ice and Dragon. It sure will affect competitive battles and that'd be interesting. So excited for October!
