The second time I caught a feebas was on my 5th try ;'))!! I was just messing around on Emerald at my friends house one day and randomly ran into a Feebas and I killed it. Depends if you play Pokemon more for the story or not. If you do play for the story, then play BW 1 first then BW 2 to actually fully understand the whole story lol.
