DJWS was left BROKEN after ARTPOP came out

DJWS was upset of all the hate ARTPOP recieved back in the day

I mean .... America needs to change in that aspect. Like of course fans are gonna come up with expectations of how the music will and should sound before the album comes out. They have 3 years or so to do that. If we had more music to digest then we wouldn't be so savage. Not just this fanbase. Every American artist fanbase. Like....give us eps give us stand alone singles. Give us stuff like that. Like ..it's not that hard.

Imagine having critics and fans trashing his and Gaga's work. It must have been devastating for them both. But things are changing now.

I feel so bad since both Gaga and DJWS seemed so dedicated to this project. I’m glad he’s doing better now. You know he’s a genuine producer and friend when it seems like Gaga got over it even faster than he did. I hope that when they get to work together again be it ARTPOP ACT II or LG7 it will smash and they will be fully happy with it! He’s definitely one of my favorite producers of hers!

I don't think anyone has doubts about how hard things we're around ARTPOP, i mean just listing to Gaga herself talking about it, is very explanatory. We don't have the full story or all the details of course.

Based on their posting history they are a K-pop fan. They are saying that Western artists should release EPs once a few months like K-pop artists do ().

I kinda gathered that, but they seem to think DJWS is referring to us/the fans as "the scumbags". Pretty sure that's not it

More of a jrock fan but go off I guess. Even 50 year old men in bands in Japan give us more than American artists do. 

As for the topic though, I do feel bad for him.

You could tell just with how everyone around here behaved and even down to her prior manager and the drama with the record label. ARTPOP was plagued with nothing but controversy behind the scenes and on the forefront. That must have been a very time between production, release and then everything that followed.

I think he might be referring to record executives and maybe even other producers on the album. Gaga changed I wanna be with you to Dope last minute for a reason. There was a lot of bad **** going on during that time. 

I would love for her to be able to create music at her own pace, fuelled by people she loves and truts and that inspire her. In that sense I wouldn't mind if she let go of the era's and has a more sporadic, spontanious flow of music releases, but I guess that is not what the music industry wants from her, cause they need money foremost.

I am so glad that DJWS and Gaga are receiving such widespread love for their work now, even if it’s years later. I never stop hearing stories from others of how much ARTPOP has deeply connected to them. The two of them really deserve it.
