The production on ARTPOP goes just a bit harder. ARTPOP was just jammed packed with catchy and memorable hooks, whereas around half of Chromatica's songs have instrumental drops instead of choruses (not that it's necessarily a bad thing - but it does mean her hook writing skills are shown off less).
