I actually think it would have smashed with the GP, but I wonder if her team was worried about her getting more of the BS "Gaga rips x off" backlash due to all of the Queen references in the song and even the Queen meets Bowie esque sound. It was hard to decide however I think when I listen to Gaga I would probably listen to one for her pop-rock songs before one of her slow songs.
