Mother of Puppies 35,815 Posted April 4, 2021 Share Posted April 4, 2021 Well it really depends what music genre the person likes and since Gaga can pull off any genre I would show them the genre that they like, because she has done so much already. My sister, for instance, always loved those "bubbly" and "light" songs like "Eh eh" (that was always her favorite Gaga song) so I introduced her to "The Cure" and lateley "Love Me Right" and I was right... she loved those! (And she also really always loved "Judas" for some reason, which surprised me, because it's different than what she usually listens to. My dad likes any genre and he discovered Gaga himself on Youtube and he LOVES the Oscar performance of Shallow with Bradley... so I showed him some other live performances she's done. He really loved "Million Reasons" , ARTPOP live version with Elton, and various other live tributes. And he even loves "Rain On Me" and thinks it's a bop! (It obviously is) I also showed him "Always Remember Us This Way" and he obviously adores it. He still hasn't watched ASIB, but he said he's gonna watch it soon. And then there is my mom... now... that's a different story! HAHAHA - My mom is a huge fan of electronic music! Anything that has a sick beat, she starts dancin' ... so of course when I listened to Chromatica she was like: "OMG what music is this? This is dope! Can you put it on my phone and ipod?!" Her favorite song off Chromatica is: 911, Babylon, Alice and Replay! She has taste, right? And her ultimate favorite song is: Babylon HAUS LABS version! I should probably introduce her to ARTPOP, cuz I think she might love it! For sure she would like "Swine" because she likes Techno I am very versatile when it comes to music styles...
