Rumour has it, and it says Gaga has a song titled "I Say No" but it scrapped. Gaga has so many unreleased songa from ARTPOP era and gaga refused to give them to other artists. Also, Gaga scrapped her 5th album (before Joanne). Maybe, the scrapped 5th album is collaboration with DJWS and RedOne and she cancelled it and collab with BloodPop® instead.
