I believe they have been here much longer than us, and they are so advanced technologically that they are able to control dimensions. Well, if you don't study them you won't know. Tom DeLonge of Blink 182 actually founded a cool project called "To The Stars Academy" where he gets young people interested in aerospace by posting declassified military/aerospace videos. In 2017 TTSA shared that legendary clip of a US Navy pilot seeing and reacting too these spinning tic-tac shaped craft in the early 2000s. The flight camera is grainy and LQ of course on that vid but what I think is remarkable is hearing the realtime reactions of the pilots. We had our share of UFOs in 90s when even the major military official admitted they were trying to catch something that wasn’t even possible to catch cause of its out of this world abilities that defy any physics rule and that we still do not have. I know this was probably a joke but it's likely they wouldn't be able to eat our food. This could be due to taste differences but it could also likely poison them. They also probably wouldn't be able to hug us or shake our hands because if they touched us they could get diseases from us and we could get diseases from them too. Of course, this could only be some extraterrestrials while others could mix with us perfectly fine - there are probably millions of different species on different planets across the universe and possibly even millions in other universes too.
