What is going on with their store. I also never recieved my t-shirts... When after 9 months I sent them an email, they asked if I wanted a replacement or a refund, I said a replacement, and then got an email, like: "Oopsie, we're out of them, guess we'll have to refund you "....

I'm getting more and more irate with her, her team, and the merch store (not just hers, a lot of artist's stores are a mess due to the pandemic, but hers is just beyond at this point). There's just no excuse for this in my eyes. I just, I am so beyond disappointed in this entire situation, and the funny thing is it has nothing to even do with having that poster. This stuff never happened back in the day. I don't know what to think or feel anymore. f****d

I don’t know who dropped the ball on this, but how hard is it to get them to Gaga and have her sign them, especially after all this time? I literally waited 9 months for my signed cd before I cancelled the order. Disappointing. Either they need to handle the logistics of this better next time, or they shouldn’t sell so many autographed items.

Aw man. I have a bad feeling about the CD I'm still waiting for.  I was so excited for just the poster.

That low effort signature is already first strike for me, and now this. She got one strike left.

Sis....from a highest caliber pop artist coming  off of a career peak, with months indoors to sign posters and design online promotional content...it was managed like a rap release from a one hit wonder with 3 different “lead singles” lol, and pretty sure most don’t even suffer leaks the way that our fave does

The signed posters sold out in under an hour and were never restocked which made me think she was actually going to sign these decently with a full "Lady Gaga" signature
