In sexual crimes (asking n*de pictures from a minor included) there's something called Legal Consent (that term may vary from state to state). That can determine if a judge/authority qualifies such acts in a certain way or the actions the victimizer has to pay and how grave the pay must be. I get that you're upset by the actions of James Charles (I think everyone agrees with you on that, myself included) but the conflict is that you keep making stances as if you were actually present when the events happened and as far as we know no legal authority has confirmed these accusations. It'd be useful as well if you read about the story and case of Emmett Till. 

James Charles should have charges pressed against him so that the law can follow its due procedure. Might he be charged and proven guilty of what you have accused him of I'll be the first to celebrate the victim's victory.

I know that the woke culture expects everyone to believe the victims but I find it kind of suspicious that as someone who takes the internet so seriously and has been cancelled numorous times, would ask minors for nudes so carelessly on snapchat if in fact they didn't lie about their age.

I understand where you're coming from and will read this in the AM, but half the people in this thread don't think this is serious at all. Literally just look at the post above this lol. Half this site doesn't think this is serious at all so don't crucify me for taking it too seriously.

While I clearly don't approve any kind of predatory behaviour (and I really shouldn't state the obvious but some people here are really stupid to get it) let's imagine the minor was 17 and James was 18 and they were engaging on a full romantic relationship (with sex and everything) . I'm starting to think that James has some repressed issues due to becoming famous so early and not getting to be a normal teenager himself, and this is why he still interacts with 16 year olds. I'm not accusing him of being a predator because who the hell knows what is real any more, but just regarding the fact that he even continues to interact with such young people...

Exactly. I feel like there's definitely gotta be some psychology around people who lose their youth, and are thrown into an adult world too fast who subconsciously want to experience the youth they never had, be it messing around with people who are too young, wanting to act youthful into adulthood, refusing to 'grow up', etc
