I LOVE this. I'm not entirely sure if anyone caught this but the video is a big f*ck you to the movie. CMBYN (The movie) got a lot of slack because nothing about it was queer, it was written by a straight author, who never had a gay relationship. There was no queer-ness, and it was made to be palatable to sell. This, though, is queer AF and I'm obsessed.

Flawless, love it so much.

Can't get over how amazing it is to see him be so completely gay, celebrate his body and sexuality and just do it like any other straight artist would in their videos. It takes guts but I love the way it's served to us unapologetically and like it's the norm, because it should be! Killer song, killer visuals.

It's just so exciting to see a male artist consistently deliver visuals and be committed to the story-telling and performance art of it all, it's pretty much usually just the girls who deliver on this level and who put in this much effort. So excited about his future, hope he continues upwards - we've been needing a new mainstream artist to come along and shake things up like this since Gaga.

Would have loved one more repeat of the chorus at the end of the song though with even more build, but otherwise I love it all.
